We can also be reached by clicking the "Send Feedback" button in our app settings. If you have a technical issue, this is the best way to get in touch because your request will be sent with a few basic info on your device and app version, so we can skip the boring questions and get to work on the solution immediately.
Our Customer Experience team is in the office from 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays, and will be sure to personally respond to you within 24-48 hours. On weekends or holidays, it can take just a bit longer.
